Join our team at Renewal by Andersen of Boise! We're looking for a Retail Marketing Supervisor to lead our retail sales / in-store appointment setter department for our Boise location. This position exists to provide the management and leadership necessary for the Boise Retail Team to set qualified appointments. We're looking for a candidate who has experience in business development through a B2B model, and has experienced supervisory or performance management in a lead generation role.
This position's base salary is 70k annually, and has the potential to move up to 113k annually, if the maximum bonus is met.

What You'll Be Doing :
- Research the community to identify business opportunities, create and implement programs to expand the Company’s sales potential within the market area
- Secure new partnering locations and develop and maintain relationships with retail stores
- Secure booth space for our top-quality door and window product with the local retail stores
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Manage territory retail team, overseeing processes and keeping informed on sales activity
- Track and manage territory retail space budget located in ERR leadership folder to ensure retail teams are within budget
- Achieve sales goals outlined by the management and consistently grow our customer base
- Establish hiring cadence with territory leaders to grow and manage a team of retail marketers with a direct hands-on approach, provide motivation and coaching to help leaders reach daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Hire, grow and manage a team of retail marketers in a high-performing capacity.
- Create and develop the culture of the local team through personal role modeling desired behaviors and techniques.
- Design and implement store layouts
