Essential Job Functions
Demonstrates SoundOff Signal’s Core Values in daily interactions with internal and external customers.
Responsibility for the Product Integration team who works with our Customers, Sales, and Technical Service teams to provide expert product support :
Provides on-site support for product installation and configuration for vehicle upfitters. (e.g., programming, diagnostics, functions / features, etc.)
Offers guidance on automotive electronics and upfitting to help customers achieve optimal results using SoundOff Signal products.
Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to SoundOff Signal products and systems.
Provides feedback and suggestions to enhance SoundOff Signal's products and services. Help customers create new vehicle integration recommendations and build sheets.
Customer support to help achieve company sales objectives.
Mentor and develop Product Integration Specialists.
Establish and meet KPIs that support and align with corporate goals.
Ability to travel up to 75%, including some weekend work.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license; maintain auto insurability status; and U.S. passport.
Able to perform job consistently without excessive absenteeism or tardiness.
Additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of leadership with direct reports required.
Experience leading remote employees preferred.
Associate degree in Electronics. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Minimum of seven (7) years of vehicle installation.
Experience in Installation of third-party accessories in Emergency Vehicles.
EVT Certification preferred.
Excellent skills in the following areas :

Installation and implementation of emergency equipment into emergency vehicles.
Public Speaking and group training
Technical support team development
Knowledge of vehicle electrical wiring systems and mechanical systems (disassemble vehicle).
Experience with designing wire schematics dealing with add-on equipment.
Extensive knowledge of 12v electrical systems.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic fast paced environment, with minimal supervision.
Strong conceptual thinking / problem solving skills
Excellent customer and inter-personal skills.
Demonstrated ability in taking initiative to proactively evaluate existing sales strategies and recommend changes, when appropriate.
Ability to work with people in a cooperative environment.
