Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Specialist / Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for back office support throughout client on-boarding and retention process and for overseeing tasks throughout the event planning and execution process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for building client relationships, and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Duties
- Providing the highest level of internal and external customer service
- Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance

- Ability to enter data accurately into forms and various platforms
- Coordinate and manage all event operations, acting as first-contact liaison with venues and other marketing partners
- Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring all details are in place and addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Approximately 30 event weeks per year - flexible evening hours during event weeks
- Access to transportation

Qualifications
- High personal Standards of conduct and ethics with ability to empathize and truly understand the needs and concerns of others
- Demonstrated skills as a self-starter and highly attentive to detail
- Associate or higher degree preferred
- Previous experience in a Financial Adviser firm preferred
- Punctual, dependable and loyal, with ability to exercise discretion and maintain sensitive information in confidence
- Ability to work effectively across functions and within a team environment
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and to work under tight deadlines
- Strong skills in Windows, Word, Excel, CRM (Redtail preferred)
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule to oversee events
