Sounds for Seniors is seeking Audiology Assistants needed in several locations throughout Florida to include : Fort Lauderdale, Sunrise, Miami and surrounding counties in SW Florida : Naples, Ft Myers, Cape Coral. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of skilled nursing homes and have experience in working with the frail elderly. This opportunity allows for individuals seeking a new career choice to be trained and make a positive impact in a persons life. Successful candidates MUST embody these skill sets :
- Hearing Aid Dispensing or Audiology Asst licensure preferred
- The ability to learn quickly and be responsible
- Excellent communication skills and follow up attention to detail
- Display genuine empathy and ability to work well with many different types of people
- Flexibility to travel within a 50 - 95 mile territory radius
- Responsibility to acheive excellent customer service results and function within the requirements of nursing homes
