Responsibilities:
- Create a positive learning environment for students that is welcoming, clean and organized.
- Provide instruction in various subjects, such as Math and Literacy Education, to students ages 1-8 years old.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student growth and development.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to support student success.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
Experience:
-No experience necessary however we would prefer someone that has some of the qualities mentioned below.
- Previous experience working with students, preferably in an educational setting such as a daycare or school.
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies to support students with diverse learning needs.
- Strong knowledge of subject matter and ability to effectively teach concepts to students.
- Experience in lesson planning and designing engaging activities to enhance student learning.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
