About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing & Operations Manager to architect and execute scalable growth programs while owning the systems, data, and performance infrastructure behind them. You’ll bridge strategy and execution—leading demand gen experimentation, fine-tuning marketing ops processes, and building campaigns that fuel pipeline.

SoundThinking follows a hybrid schedule for employees who live equal to or less than 50 miles from one of our office locations, which include Fremont, CA, Tucson, AZ, Washington, D.C., or Iselin, NJ. Employees are expected to work onsite 3 days per week – the specific days are dependent on the office location.

About The Role

Essential Duties/ Responsibilities
Marketing Operations
- Own and optimize the marketing tech stack—HubSpot and Salesforce experience is a must
- Develop and maintain campaign tracking frameworks, UTM governance, and attribution models (first, last, multi-touch)
- Operationalize lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and routing in alignment with Sales and RevOps
- Maintain CRM/marketing automation data integrity and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
- Build dashboards and reporting to track KPIs, campaign impact, and pipeline performance
- Partner with the Demand Gen director to lead full-funnel demand gen initiatives across paid, organic, and outbound-assisted campaigns
- Execute growth experiments to improve conversion rates, drive qualified traffic, and optimize channel mix
- Run A/B and multivariate testing across ads, landing pages, CTAs, and email nurtures
- Partner with product marketing and content teams to activate campaigns that resonate with our ICP
- Analyze and iterate based on performance data to improve pipeline efficiency and lower CAC
- 5–8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a hybrid background indemand gen and marketing operations
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce; strong CRM/email marketing automation knowledge
- Familiarity with 6sense or Demandbase for ABM, audience segmentation, and intent-driven targeting
- Proficient in building reports and dashboards (HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker/Tableau/GA)
- Experience managing paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, content syndication, etc.)
- Proven track record of growth experimentation, testing frameworks, and funnel optimization
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with data, SQL skills a plus
- Experience with tools like Clearbit, Chili Piper, and attribution tools
- Exposure to product-led or ABM strategies
- Comfort working with designers and copywriters on campaign execution
- Experience in a scale-up or high-growth SaaS environment
- A strategic seat at the table driving growth impact
- Ownership over systems and strategy to influence revenue outcomes
- A collaborative team that values experimentation, innovation, and real results
