We are seeking a Creative Director to lead and elevate our brand identity, messaging, and user experience. In this role, you will oversee all creative efforts, including marketing materials, public messaging, and the UI / UX design of our website and software applications. This role is crucial in positioning SoundThinking as a trusted, innovative, and sensitive partner in advancing public safety.
Creative Leadership
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative strategies that align with SoundThinking's mission, vision, and core values.
- Shape the public narrative and perception of SoundThinking through branding, storytelling, and content creation.
- Lead the creative team in producing impactful marketing assets, including branding, advertising, social media, and digital materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and products.

Hybrid Workplace
SoundThinking follows a hybrid schedule for employees who live equal to or less than 50 miles from one of our office locations, which include Fremont, CA, Tucson, AZ, Washington, D.C., or Iselin, NJ. Employees are expected to work onsite 3 days per week – the specific days are dependent on the office location.
