Selective residential and commercial (institutional, outreach, hospitality) project planning and construction advisory group – Owner’s Rep - seeks qualified individual to support Project Managers on interesting projects with a wide range of design and construction details and techniques.
Providing office management support and reporting directly to Owner to assist with Company administrative tasks will also be a requirement.
As an Assistant PM, your specific contributions will be :
- Researching materials and cost questions generated from Project Managers
- Organizing all project cost data received and keeping information current
- Working with word processing and spreadsheet applications to assist with Project Managers’ project invoice review and tracking, monthly payment request, project contractor leveling sheets and minutes agendas and minutes
- Review drawings of various disciplines to support Project Manager responses as back up to invoice review, progress of work against consultant and contractor pay requests
- Supporting Project Manager communication with various external Project Team members through project meeting minutes, project checklists and project schedule management
