VMware/Nimble Cluster Assistance | Feb. 17 to Feb. 21

Scope of Work:

The assigned technician will assist with VMware/Nimble cluster expertise, focusing on the following deliverables:

Deliverables:

• Discovery and Design Session: Conduct sessions with our client to evaluate the current VMware/Nimble cluster configuration.
• Reconfiguration Plan: Develop detailed reconfiguration steps to bring the Nimble cluster and associated VMware ESXi hosts back online.

Operational Support:

• Provide Day 1 Support for up to 4 hours after the cut-over to ensure system stability and performance.

Resource Requirements:

• Skillset: VMware/Nimble Array Expert
• Quantity: One (1) resource

Schedule:

• Dates Required Onsite: Feb. 17-21
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (unless after-hours work is stipulated by USRS)

Statement of Work (SOW) Provisions:

• will provide all necessary security lockdowns required for deployed systems prior to scheduling onsite resources.
• will ensure timely technical assistance if any security lockdowns interfere with deployed solutions. In such cases:
• If unresolved without impacting the schedule, and S1S will document the issue and determine whether to extend the timeline or remove the lockdown temporarily.
• Lockdowns will not apply to virtual appliances.
• USRS will provide Virtual Private Network (VPN) access or other remote access credentials as necessary to complete the project.

Notes:

• Technician should be prepared for both onsite and potential remote support as required.
• Clear communication with USRS regarding security protocols and system access is critical.
