About the Organization and Position
A wonderful, well-established non-profit in Santa Clara County is searching for a Licensed Program Manager to oversee Behavioral Health Services for the agency. This well known agency has been operating in Santa Clara County for over 50 years and fosters essential programs for the community. The PM will be assisting in the management of small programs with 1 clinician and 2 case managers.

Responsibilities
- Assume overall responsibility for day-to-day supervision of the mental health counseling services for adults and children to ensure quality service delivery.
- Assess and direct continuous quality assurance/improvement to ensure quality and effectiveness of service delivery, including quality planning and strategies, compliance, and corrective-action management experiences.
- Assist the Quality Assurance staff in program evaluation and upkeep of records and database functionality to support programs.
- Coordinate effectively with the Senior Director of Clinical Services, communicate effectively with community partners, and respond to client concerns regarding service delivery.
Requirements
- California licensure as MFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist is required
- Strong understanding of trauma-focused interventions and trauma-informed practices.
- Bilingual desired, preferably in English and Spanish.
