We are an Executive Search firm looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant for a business consulting company in Jupiter, FL.
This is a full-time, on-site position.
This role supports a small, in-person office and 4 remote staff. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily office operations, assist with marketing and events, and support leadership with a variety of administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum of administrative support in a professional office setting.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Comfortable with IT equipment and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Expense Management software; experience with Zoho CRM and Concur is a plus.
