What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Source Global, PBC?
SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for completing all maintenance duties, tasks, and preventative maintenance required at the Mackay, ID Proud Source Water facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preventative Maintenance:
- Performing all PM as outlined in the master maintenance schedule.
- Documenting all PMs in Maintain X
- Performing all PM in a manner that is not detrimental to food safety and quality.
Routine Maintenance & Repairs:
- Performing all required repairs in the facility and on the production line as needed or requested through work orders.
- Completing all work orders in a timely manner.
- Documenting all work orders and temporary repairs.
- Performing all maintenance and repairs in a manner that is not detrimental to food safety and quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully individual must be able to complete each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or abilities to perform the essential functions:
EDUCATION:
- Mechanical degree /certificate preferred but not required
EXPERIENCE:
- 2 yrs previous maintenance experience
