- Identify and close high-value deals ($1M ) that align with Source Logistics' growth objectives.
- Build a robust sales pipeline targeting key verticals : Retail, CPG, Food & Beverage, and Health & Beauty.
- Develop and propose warehousing, transportation, and supply chain solutions to address client challenges and boost EBITDA growth.
- Expand Source Logistics' presence by targeting competitors' accounts and strategic markets.
- Leverage Source's mission to serve Hispanic brands and bridge cultural gaps by identifying opportunities in aligned demographics and markets.
- Guide prospects through complex solutions as a supply chain subject matter expert (SME).
- Represent Source Logistics at industry events, including trade shows and conferences, to generate leads and enhance visibility.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale solution implementation by collaborating with internal teams.
- Focus on strategic, high-value targets to maintain a high win rate.
- Use CRM tools and data-driven approaches to prioritize deals, forecast sales, and deliver results.
- Develop creative pricing strategies and offer value-added services to drive profitability.
- Foster strong client relationships through trust, expertise, and clear communication.Requirements :
- 8 to 12 years in business development, logistics, or supply chain roles.
- Availability for 50% travel across regions.
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a MUST
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain operations, and key verticals such as Food & Beverage is preferred.
- Ability to identify new opportunities, engage in targeted cold calls, and close high-value accounts.
- Outgoing and comfortable initiating new client relationships.Perks :
