Full Job description
We are currently hiring for another shipping and receiving team member. Must have previous experience in shipping. This is a 1st shift 8 hour Monday thru Friday job.
We are a fast paced machine shop. This person will oversee parts incoming and out-going, and must have attention to detail as customers receive parts directly as packaged.
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Responsibilities and Duties
- Counting parts, either by hand or scale.
- Boxing parts.
- Palletizing parts.
- Labeling boxes/pallets.
- Communicating with office staff when parts are ready to ship.
- Count incoming parts.
- Moving parts within the shop to the correct departments.
- Inventory control.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous Shipping and receiving experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create documentation.
- Highly motivated.
- Able to work independently.
