We are seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our collaborative team in St. Charles, MN.
This position offers an established practice with the opportunity to build relationships and care for all age groups, including 3-4 generations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic rural practice with a good mix of patient population.
- Care for patients in a nursing home setting for half a day per week.
- Collaborate with a Care Coordination team to manage chronically complex patients.
Requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- MD/DO degree
- Active Minnesota medical license/DEA
- BLS certification
