Job Description:
Primary Care Physician
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill all duties and services per Employment Agreement.
- Manages the medical plan of care prescribed for the patient, based upon protocols and guidelines.
- Assesses complete medical history and physical on patients, aged newborn through geriatrics.
- Orders and/or performs diagnostic tests and treatment according to established protocol and analyzes data collected to determine health status.
- Executes diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Provides follow-up and maintenance care in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborates with the patient and members of the healthcare team to provide acute and ongoing healthcare or referral of the patient.
- Maintains strict patient confidentiality and familiarity with all HIPAA guidelines.
