Pulmonary Critical Care Physician
We are seeking a talented Pulmonary Critical Care physician to join our team at Source Medical LLC in Monongahela, PA.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work in our division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, providing comprehensive care for patients with pulmonology and critical care needs.
This includes treating lung and airway conditions, lung infections, tumors and cancer, as well as end-stage disease. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both inpatient and outpatient practice, working closely with the Division of Thoracic Surgery at our DuBois Campus.
In addition to their clinical skills, the selected physician will be expected to participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols, guidelines, and research initiatives within the department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient and outpatient setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in pulmonary and critical care medicine through ongoing education and professional development
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
- Current medical licensure in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to obtain H1B visa sponsorship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
