About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care environment
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to supervisors
Requirements
- Licenses: Current LPN/LVN licensure in the United States
- Education: Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care settings
- Certifications: BLS certification
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
