Travel Nurse RN Long Term Care Opportunity in Windsor, Vermont
We are seeking a skilled and experienced travel nurse RN for a long-term care assignment in Windsor, Vermont. This is a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week, working 8-hour days.
About the Job
- Nursing Oversight: Provide guidance and support to other clinical staff in this small, rural facility.
- Nursing Tasks: Perform assessments, medication reconciliation, order transcription, care planning, and more.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recent Charge/Supervisory experience in Long-Term Care (LTC)
- Cerner EMR experience required
- Travel experience preferred
- BSN (or higher) degree required
- Possession of own vehicle necessary for this assignment
Certification Requirements
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
