About This Job: Source One is currently recruiting an experienced Sales Professional with experience in Indirect Lending or Marine and RV Sales and Finance to be responsible for the sales and relationship building of our marine and recreational vehicle (“RV”) dealer finance program within a defined territory. This is a road warrior position – 75% of your time will be spent on the road, in your territory. You will manage existing dealer relationships while being expected to establish new dealer relationships within your territory. You must have a successful background in outside (business to business) sales specifically in the RV/Marine and/or Auto Finance industry. Prior experience as a Bank Representative and/or Automotive Dealer Relationship Manager are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities and Duties (other duties may be assigned):
· Manage existing dealer relationships while establishing new dealer relationships within your territory Attend trade shows.
· Willing to travel throughout the territory on a weekly basis (60% overnight travel)
· Utilize a CRM for contact management.
· Perform onsite visits to current and prospective dealers.
· Be a product expert, able to educate, train, and mentor dealer partners on the benefits and advantages of the Source One consumer lending programs.
· Perform monthly calls to all assigned existing dealers to obtain updates or concerns.
· Maintain confidentiality in accordance with the Company's policy and regulatory requirements.
· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a collaborative team.
