Warehouse Specialist

We are looking for a warehouse worker to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, and preparing deliveries. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, mobile devices, photocopiers, and standard warehouse equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, box cutters, and tape dispensers.

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, etc.)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Complete diary logs into the inventory
Report any discrepancies
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

Qualifications

Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 lbs.
Current forklift license, or the ability to get a license (paid by the employer)
Must be able to pass drug & background requirements including an MVR.
