✅ At least 1 year of experience in grocery or retail bakery management
✅ Skilled in cake decorating techniques, from classic to creative
✅ Comfortable working in a high-volume, customer-focused setting
✅ Able to lead, train, and motivate team members
✅ Ready to commit to a 40–50 hour workweek and bring energy every day
