We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is an essential part of our customer engagement process, where you will assist prospects in understanding our services, managing inquiries, and helping to schedule appointments.
Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for timeshare owners seeking assistance. Your main responsibilities will include providing customer support, answering inquiries, educating prospects on our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing information about our timeshare exit services.
- Assist customers by answering questions, solving issues, and providing necessary details about the process.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team, ensuring all relevant information is communicated clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and appointments using CRM software.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience, building rapport and trust with customers.
- Assist in following up with customers as needed, ensuring that appointments are set and customers are supported throughout their journey.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for customer satisfaction and appointment setting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using CRM software or other systems to track customer interactions and appointments.
- Ability to handle customer concerns and inquiries with patience and a positive attitude.
