Compensation: $20.00 per hour

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support clients in the timeshare exit process. This role involves answering questions, providing status updates, and ensuring a smooth and reassuring experience for our clients. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping people — we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
- Provide clear and timely updates on case status
- Maintain and update client records with accuracy
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client cases
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
