District Manager – Convenience Store Operations (Rockport, ME)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, support, and inspire store managers and their teams to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence at every location.
- Analyze P&L statements and key performance indicators to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Ensure all locations meet health, safety, and quality standards — including compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corporate strategies and promotions.
- Drive food service initiatives and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of multi-unit management experience, ideally in convenience stores or fuel retail.
- Food service management experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of financial management and ability to read and act on P&L statements.
- Familiarity with OSHA and local health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel between store locations regularly.
