About the Role
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of 40 employees across three shifts, driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in production. You’ll have the chance to shape processes, enhance team performance, and contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team
- Oversee production schedules and workflows to meet efficiency and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing principles
- Collaborate with leadership to align production goals with company objectives
- Troubleshoot operational challenges to ensure smooth production
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business preferred)
- Experience: 5-7 years in a manufacturing leadership role (automotive or Tier 1 supplier experience is a plus)
- Skills: Leadership, lean manufacturing/TPS expertise, problem-solving, and experience in a multicultural environment
