The Medical Information Scientific Engagement team at Source One Technical Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Credit and Reimbursement Specialist. This role requires extensive experience in developing innovative processes for replacements, credits, and reimbursements that comply with regulatory requirements and align with government-funded programs.
This position involves analyzing and understanding wholesaler acquisition costs (WAC) to ensure our pricing strategies are competitive and compliant with government policies. Additionally, you will stay updated on changes in regulations and government policies that impact reimbursement processes and communicate these to relevant stakeholders.
This role also involves supporting the development of training materials and educating internal teams on best practices related to credits and reimbursements. Furthermore, you will contribute to strategic planning for product launches with a focus on reimbursement and pricing strategies.
Familiarity with government-funded programs and their reimbursement processes is essential. Experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions to streamline reimbursement processes is also required. Knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry trends and challenges is necessary.
