Source One is a consulting services company and we’re currently looking for the following individual to work as a consultant to our direct client, a global healthcare consumer products company in Summit, NJ.
Job Title : Global Benefits Specialist (Contractor)
Pay Rate : $63.47 / hr (W-2)
Duration : 5 months with possible extension
Work schedule : Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
The Company is on a journey to review all benefits programs, including well-being programs to ensure they are a fit for the purpose. They are looking for someone with global benefits experience. Key activities include :
- Creating an inventory of all types of benefits programs in each country, identifying vendors, internal owners, cost, utilization, etc.
- Work with an external consulting firm to get and review market practices; compare external practices with existing programs and work with the total rewards team to make recommendations.
- Collaborate with the total rewards team to prioritize initiatives. For example, how many countries to be reviewed and / or which programs to be reviewed first.
- Coordinate activities, data collection, etc. with various teams - payroll, workday, ERLR, legal, finance, HRBPs, etc.
- Activities may include drafting communication materials, change management plans.
- Scope of work does not include US healthcare.
