Medical Training Analyst

Job Title: Analyst III, Quality Control

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant to join our team and work closely with a global pharmaceutical manufacturer in the United States.

The successful candidate will be responsible for triaging, evaluating, and determining the necessity of investigations for product quality complaints and adverse events within the Self-Care product portfolio of *** Consumer products.

This will involve reviewing complaint cases to verify customer statements, lot numbers, subject coding, malfunction coding, and trend analysis, as well as assigning complaints to investigation teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Investigate product quality complaints and review manufacturing and packaging investigations
• Summarize and close complaints while escalating them when necessary
• Manage field samples for products returned from consumers
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Call Centers, Medical Safety, Marketing, and business partners, to ensure the integrity and consistency of the complaint vigilance process

Additional Duties:

• Assist with developing training presentations for the complaint vigilance process and systems
• Create and update controlled documents as needed
• Support the Triage, Investigation, and field sample function in other geographical regions for Consumer products

Requirements:

• Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making
• Prepare and present Complaint Vigilance data to QA Management and cross-functional business partners
• Participate in regional and global complaint vigilance initiatives and project teams to develop and improve processes
