- Triaging, evaluating, and determining the necessity of investigation for product quality complaints and adverse events.
- Reviewing complaint cases, analyzing customer verbatim, lot numbers, subject coding, malfunction coding, and trend analysis.
- Collaborating with Call Centers, Medical Safety, Marketing, Internal affiliates, External sites, and other business partners.
- Preparing and presenting Complaint Vigilance data to QA Management and cross-functional business partners.
