We are currently seeking an experienced professional to work as a consultant with our direct client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturer in New Jersey. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and safety.
Main Responsibilities
- Evaluate and investigate product quality complaints and adverse events.
- Analyze complaint cases, review customer verbatim, lot numbers, subject coding, malfunction coding, trend analysis, and assign complaints to investigation teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the integrity and compliance of the complaint vigilance process.
- Prepare and present data to QA Management and cross-functional business partners.
