Seeking a Global Supply Chain Analyst for a consulting position at a pharmaceutical client in Titusville, NJ. This position is Hybrid, part-time on-site and off-site.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, or similar type major
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong data analysis skills
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Must have the ability to work individually as well as on a team
• Need to be proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel (high proficiency with generating pivot tables and graphs is required)
• Expertise in PowerPoint is required
• Experience working in large, cross-functional organizations needed
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct data analytics and trending, oversee global end-to-end (E2E) stock out program management, and generate monthly metric reports.
• Formulate metrics and user requirements for the digitalization of end-to-end performance management processes.
• This role stands out by collaborating with all functions within the global supply chain (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality).
• Regularly update senior leaders of the Supply Chain on the status of supply reliability and end-to-end performance.
• Participate in the development and deployment of cross-organizational tools in QuickBase to advance digital enablement.
• Projects, aligned with organizational commitments, encompass tasks like supply chain cycle time analysis and global import/export process improvements.
Job Summary:
The team is responsible for cross-functional project and program management to drive reliability of the global Supply Chain. Team activities include performance management and data analytics to identify root cause analysis and trends in performance, with regular reporting to organizational leadership. The group is a Global End-to-End (E2E) organization, which partners with all Supply Chain functions (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality) in a regulated, global environment. Primary responsibilities include monthly metric reporting, data analysis & trending, global E2E program management for stock out process, etc.
Salary : $45 - $65
