Position Summary:
The Surface Fueling Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of surface fueling activities. This includes managing a team of surface fuelers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, maintaining equipment, and optimizing fueling procedures to ensure efficiency and reliability. The role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of fueling operations, and a commitment to maintaining high safety and performance standards.
Job Responsibilities
Job Requirements:
Relevant certifications in safety management and fuel handling are advantageous.
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in fueling operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
o Proven track record in managing teams and maintaining high safety standards.
o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o In-depth knowledge of fueling operations and safety regulations.
o Proficient in using operations management software and tools.
o Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.?
o This position may require working in various weather conditions and handling hazardous materials.
o Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
o Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
o Prolonged periods of standing and walking
o Capability to work in high-stress environments and respond to emergency situations effectively
