The Milwaukee office of SmithGroup is looking for a Senior Project Designer to join our team.
Working with us, you will :
- Work with the Studio Leader and project teams to lead architectural design for all project phases.
- Lead the design process on projects.
- Participate in project pursuits and interviews.
- Develop and foster an external design presence.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other designers, medical planners, project architects and engineers.
- Lead the production of architectural drawings, renderings and design assignments.
- Provide oversight and monitoring of the work performed by junior staff.
- Mentor junior staff and participate in coaching.
- Participate in employment interviews and serve as design expert as requested.
