What We're Looking For:
We're seeking individuals who:
- Is fluent in English and Spanish.
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Thrive in competitive, results-oriented environments.
- Can handle both outbound and inbound calls to resolve past-due accounts.
- Are self-motivated, organized, and capable of multi-tasking.
- Excel at basic math, including calculating percentages.
- Are team players who can also work independently.
- Maintain professionalism, accountability, and emotional control in high-pressure situations.
Bonus Skills: Strong negotiation experience and a history of achieving measurable goals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to negotiate and resolve overdue accounts.
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls to resolve customer accounts.
- Negotiate payment plans and develop effective resolutions for past-due balances.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment that supports teamwork.
- Set and achieve attainable goals while demonstrating consistent effort.
Training Program:
New hires will participate in a mandatory three-week training program designed to set you up for success.
Work Schedule:
- Mondays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Tuesdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Wednesdays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursdays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Fridays: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Work Environment:
This is an on-site position in our Greensboro, NC call center, offering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Hybrid remote scheduling is available after probationary period.
