- Excel at basic math, including calculating percentages.
- Are team players who can also work independently.
- Maintain professionalism, accountability, and emotional control in high-pressure situations.
Bonus Skills : Strong negotiation experience and a history of achieving measurable goals.
Your Responsibilities :
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls to resolve customer accounts.
- Negotiate payment plans and develop effective resolutions for past-due balances.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment that supports teamwork.
- Set and achieve attainable goals while demonstrating consistent effort.
Training Program :
New hires will participate in a mandatory three-week training program designed to set you up for success.
Work Schedule :
- Mondays : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
- Tuesdays : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
- Wednesdays : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
- Thursdays : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
- Fridays : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Work Environment :
This is an on-site position in our Greensboro, NC call center, offering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Hybrid-remote scheduling is available after probationary period.
