This is with a well-established company that offers outstanding benefits and is seeking an experienced Production Plant Supervisor like you.

Responsibilities:
 

• Supervise a multishift production team.
• Maintain excellent quality, safety and production standards for this operation.
• Demonstrate excellent managerial & leadership skills.
• Ensure availability of adequate supplies and materials needed to meet and exceed productivity standards.
• Manage the scheduling and keeping the staff accountable for results being delivered.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the work area, maintain the master cleaning schedule, and follow up on all operational Food Safety Audits.
• Ensure the accuracy of all production documents.
• Adherence to GMP, OSHA standards, safety, and all other plant policies. 

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED is Required, associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• 2 years experience supervising employees directly in a production manufacturing environment.
• Ability to motivate, train people, monitor the safety and quality of the products produced, and ensure the safety of the managed employees.
• Excellent computer skills MS Office.
• Experience with an (ERP) inventory control system is a strong plus such as SAP or similar.
• A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future.
