Responsibilities :
- Supervise a multishift production team.
- Maintain excellent quality, safety and production standards for this operation.
- Demonstrate excellent managerial & leadership skills.
- Ensure availability of adequate supplies and materials needed to meet and exceed productivity standards.
- Manage the scheduling and keeping the staff accountable for results being delivered.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the work area, maintain the master cleaning schedule, and follow up on all operational Food Safety Audits.
- Ensure the accuracy of all production documents.
- Adherence to GMP, OSHA standards, safety, and all other plant policies.
