Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with a deep understanding of both traditional and modern AI methodologies. The successful candidate will work on various AI / ML projects, including the development of language models, natural language processing (NLP) systems, generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and more. You will be expected to design, build, and configure models with a focus on performance metrics like precision and recall.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and optimize large language models (LLM) and small language models.
- Implement and fine-tune Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems.
- Build and configure traditional AI models alongside modern generative AI (GenAI) systems.
- Apply techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance model efficiency and performance.
- RAG Architecture
- Ensure AI models meet accuracy benchmarks, particularly in terms of precision and recall.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and natural language technologies.
