What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Crew position at Source?
The Field Crew Member will assist in performing boundary, topographic, and construction layout surveys using Topcon equipment and other industry-standard tools. The ideal candidate should be punctual, reliable, and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with construction layout, boundary surveys, and topographic work.
- Operate and maintain Topcon survey equipment and other field tools.
- Collect and record accurate field data under the direction of the Crew Chief.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on different types of job sites.
- Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Adhere to company and industry safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Experience with Topcon equipment is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
