Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule the Field Service Team and Retrofits across North America.
- Oversee resource planning for North American Warehouses and Repair/Refurbish Programs.
- Support compliance and standards projects.
- Handle end-to-end management of Field Retrofits, from purchase orders to final payments.
- Travel approximately 20%, including occasional international trips.
Requirements:
- B.S. degree or equivalent experience.
- Technical background in semiconductor equipment (preferred).
- Strong leadership and goal-setting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Resilient, solution-oriented, and adept at managing high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and scheduling tools.
- Fluent in English (German/Spanish is a plus).
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with a valid driver’s license, passport, and credit card.
