We are a fast-moving company at the intersection of technology and fashion, and we’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven individual to join our team and drive the growth of our global brand partnerships.

As the Global Brands Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with global fashion brands, boutiques and fashion professionals to ensure seamless, optimal adoption of the Sourced By platform, in turn, allowing them to maximize the opportunity to fulfil customer requests and increase sales. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for global brands, driving alignment between their goals and our company’s offerings, ensuring the delivery of value. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with leading global fashion brands and boutiques to maximize enagement opportunity. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Develop tailored partnership proposals that meet the needs of both the brand partners and the Sourced By platform.
  • Provide feedback from partners to help refine platform offerings, improving the overall user experience for both brands and buyers.
  • Develop and manage affiliate commission structures with brand partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms for both Sourced By and the partner brands.
  • Negotiate terms of affiliate partnerships, including commission rates, performance metrics, and incentives to drive sales and platform engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging brands within the global fashion industry.
  • Develop and track KPIs for brand partnerships, measuring success in terms of sales growth, engagement, and platform adoption.
  • Lead efforts to expand Sourced By’s global brand partnerships into new markets and regions, ensuring we offer a diverse range of options across the globe.
  • Proven experience in brand partnership development, business development, or a similar role within the fashion or tech industry.
  • Strong network within the fashion industry, including established relationships with brands, boutiques, and key industry players.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing and developing commission-based partnership models.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
