Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Manager to join our team and provide exceptional customer experiences. This role will involve building strong relationships with clients, managing account operations, and ensuring the success of assigned accounts.

Responsibilities :
Build deep, meaningful relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Lead the resolution of any client issues, communicating plans to all parties and delegating action items.
Orchestrate and lead all details for new client kick-off meetings.
Provide support to specialists as needed to ensure the success of assigned accounts.
Maintain and oversee ActiveCollab to track tasks, time, and notes.
Setup client documentation and ensure proper organization in Google Drive.
Monitor specialists to ensure adherence to scope of work and hours.
Oversee specialists' schedules and uphold deadlines.
Review client reports prior to submission (accounting-specific).
Review marketing materials to ensure alignment with client goals (marketing-specific).
Qualifications :
Previous experience in accounting / bookkeeping, including reviewing balance statements, chart of accounts, and profit & loss statements.
Previous experience in account management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with innovative initiatives.
Excellent communication skills (phone, email).
Ability to build deep, meaningful relationships with clients.
Strong ownership mentality and commitment to success.
Note : This position is located in Peachtree Corners, GA, and requires working in the office. A background check will be conducted in accordance with federal and local requirements.
