Responsibilities :
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other prospecting methods.
Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and identifying those with the highest potential for conversion.
Engage with potential clients to build rapport, present product features, answer questions, and address concerns.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition to prospective customers.
Confidently negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to reach mutually beneficial sales agreements.
Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting value and closing deals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and sales pipeline information within Salesforce.
Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications :
Proven track record of success in inside sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
Strong sales acumen, including the ability to qualify leads, handle objections, and close deals.
Proficiency in Salesforce.
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activities, including researching and identifying high-quality leads.
Persuasive presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
