Responsibilities :
Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, direct mail, and networking.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements.
Initiate 50-70 calls daily to targeted prospects.
Establish rapport with potential clients and schedule meetings for the outside sales team.
Follow up on leads daily and nurture relationships.
Manage lead flow and track progress in the CRM system.
Collaborate with Sales and Brand Services teams to implement targeted marketing initiatives.
Facilitate the creation and improvement of internal marketing strategies (Constant Contact, SEO, PPC, Google Reviews, etc.).
Qualifications :
5 years of proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, and appointment setting.
Demonstrated success in closing new business from cold calls and inbound leads.
Experience creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Highly proficient with technology and adept at multitasking.
