Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Closer to join our team and play a key role in facilitating smooth and efficient real estate closings. In this role, you will work closely with clients, lenders, agents, and other real estate professionals to ensure all closing requirements are met.

Responsibilities :
- Closing Preparation :
Prepare Closing Disclosures and HUD-1 statements.
Obtain funding authorization from lenders.
Collaborate with pre-closing and post-closing teams.
Complete an average of 40 closings per month.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of residential real estate closing experience.
Commercial real estate closing experience
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency with Qualia, Softpro, or LandTech software.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Note : This position is located in Alpharetta, GA, and requires working in the office. A background check will be conducted in accordance with federal and local requirements.
