Job Summary:
As the Senior Product Manager, Analytics & AI, you will be responsible for driving the development of customer and internal reporting, along with the application and integration of AI to Sourcemap’s enterprise SaaS solution. We seek a product leader who can develop a strong vision, collaborate with customers and stakeholders, and execute delivery in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success implementing their product management skills with analytics and AI acumen.
This role has a flexible office presence in our downtown Manhattan office.
Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand customer problems and goals by engaging with customer-facing teams and directly interacting with customers
- Discover market problems and validate data and mapping solutions with customers and stakeholders
- Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, designers, and partners to deliver high-quality products that meet user expectations and business objectives.
- Monitor the success of the experience through web analytics and user feedback
- Incorporate Azure’s AI solutions into Sourcemap’s core offering
Qualifications:
- 8 years of product management experience, with a focus on SaaS B2B solutions; P2P, B2B marketplaces, or ESG experience highly desirable
- 3 years of experience working as a analytics-focused PM
- Experience with Databricks or comparable data lake technology
- Experience with Tableau or comparable BI data visualization platforms
- Working knowledge of Python and/or SQL
- Experience with GIS, OCR and NLP highly desirable
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLM’s), Generative AI, AI applications for business users preferred
- Strong focus on execution and delivery
Sourcemap offers a competitive compensation package based on job-related factors such as business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications. For this role, the base salary range is 140k-190k. Sourcemap offers a benefit package, including but not limited to paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental and vision benefits, 401k.
