Type Of Practice
- Multi-specialty (23 different specialties), outpatient, physician owned facility. Our main campus is in Fort Walton Beach and we also have satellite offices in Destin, Niceville, Navarre, and Crestview.
- Type of employment:
- First 2 years, associate contract position. Immediately following the 2-year Associate contract, there is the option to be voted in as a Shareholder.
- Number of physicians:
- 46 doctors, 34 Allied Health Professionals (PA or ARNP)
- Gastroenterology Department: 2 doctors, 1 Allied Health Professional
- Requirements:
- US Resident or Green Card
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (will be required to take the test after completing residency/fellowship)
- Compensation:
- As an associate, the contract includes a base salary with a wRVU production model, which is based on a specific dollar amount per work RVU produced.

- Practice Parameters:
- No patients under 18 years old
- Do not perform hemorrhoid surgery
- ERCP
- EUS
- No Gastric Bypass
- No Capsule Endoscopies
- Will evaluate gallbladder, but will not remove
- We are a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) NCQA certified practice
- In practice for over 70 years, strong presence in the community as the area s largest physician owned, multi-specialty, outpatient clinic
- All of our locations are within 10-20 miles from our main campus in Fort Walton Beach.
