SourceMD seeks an experienced General Surgeon to join our established practice. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and productivity bonuses.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general surgery and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
Salary and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $475,000
- Incentive Productivity Bonus available of $70 per wRVU for everything over 6785 wRVUs
- $40,000 practice commencement and moving bonus
- $5,000 per year for CME
- $5,000 per year in bonuses for quality metrics
Requirements:
- DaVinci Xi experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
