Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about streamlining HR processes? We’re looking for an Onboarding & Compliance Specialist to join our team! This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires while maintaining compliance with state and company regulations.
Location : Delray Beach, Fl
Employment Type : 60-90 Day Contract (Potential for Full-Time)
What You’ll Do :
Ensure compliance with hiring laws and regulations
Oversee the pre-hire process, including background checks and verification of credentials
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system
Support new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring they have access to time-tracking systems
Collaborate with management to resolve compliance issues
Provide excellent customer service to school management teams via phone and email
What We’re Looking For :
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of HR compliance and onboarding processes
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Previous experience in HR, compliance, or onboarding is a plus!
